  • Please take note that Sunset Suite, Samal Suite and Malipao Villa are quoted per room per night only.
  • Extra bed/person rate of usd $ 35. 00 net for extra person/bed inclusive of roundtrip boat transfer and breakfast.

  • Lean Season: June 07 - September 30, 2010

 

Terms and Condtitions

  • Unless previously commited confirmed rooms should be made available of occupancy after 2: 00on the day of arrival. All rooms occupied shall be made vacated by 2: 00 noon on the day of departure unless special arrangement was previously made with the resort.
  • 45 days cut-off - Re-confirmation and 50% deposit for the whole value of the tour/event 50% forfeited od deposit for cancellation.
  • 30 days cut-off - Complete name list and 75% deposit for the whole value of the tour/event 50% forfeiture of deposit for cancellation/s.
  • 21 days cut-off - Final name list and 100% deposit for the whole value of the tour event 100% forteiture of deposit for cancellations.
