Terms and Condtitions

All rates are per accommodation, per night, quoted in US dollars and are subject to 10% service charge and 12% government tax. Rates and government tax are subject to change without notice. All US dollar rates may be converted to local currency at the time of billing.


Restrictions may apply on occupancy per room. Extra person rate is at US$ 60.00 per night, per person ages 12 years and older. Check in time is at 2:00pm. Check out time is at 12:00 noon. Corresponding late check out charges apply beyond 4:00pm.


CANCELLATION POLICY:

During Peak Seasons, booking cancellations made fifteen (15) days before arrival shall have a corresponding cancellation charge equivalent to one (1) night; full charges for the whole duration of the booking shall be imposed for any cancellations made fourteen (14) days prior to arrival or less.


For Non-Peak Seasons, booking cancellations made three (3) days before arrival shall have a corresponding cancellation charge equivalent to one (1) night; full charges for the whole duration of the booking shall be imposed for No-Show or any cancellations made on the day of the guests' arrival.
