Terms and Condtitions

  • Cancellation of confirmed booking one week before the arrival date shall charge of 50% of the total package cost.
  • Cancellation of confirmed booking covered within a week time or no show shall charge of 100% of the total package cost.
  • We require 100% or FULL payment upon confirmation of booking.
  • Children below 10 yrs Old are free of charge but without bed and breakfast.
  • All bookings/reservation without payment after the option date will automatically be cancelled.
  • All booking/reservations without payment. Incomplete payments before arrival of guests will not be considered & guest will not be accommodation.
